Prioritising Customer Care with New Chinese Website

In response to customer demand, CMP Products (Shanghai) has today launched a new website, providing Chinese distributors and end-users with greater access to product information and technical insight into cable glands and cable cleats.

The website launches amidst the increasing demand for CMP’s product range in the region and is reflective of CMP’s commitment to excellent worldwide customer care.

Focusing on core products specific to the China region, the site features a dedicated ‘product selector’ tool, helping users to determine the most appropriate cable glands and cable cleats for their electrical installation.

The site also provides an online resource to showcase its new suite of Simplified-Chinese literature; reflecting local market trends of switching from printed material to online platforms.

The website is the second international site launched by the company’s marketing team in the last 12 months, having developed a Russian website in November 2016 following the opening of a Moscow facility.
